Océane Martin, Senior lecturer in Team 2, was auditioned at the French National Assembly on the use of nitrite salts in the food industry on Wednesday October 7, 2020. Here is the recorded session (debate in French).

This round table was bringing together the following scientists: Doctor Océane Martin, lecturer in clinical microbiology; Professor Dominique Parent-Massin, honorary university professor in food toxicology, honorary president of the French Society of Toxicology; Mr. Denis Corpet, Emeritus Research Director at the National Institute of Agronomic Research (INRAe); Professor Norbert Ifrah of the National Cancer Institute (INCa); Professor Axel Kahn, president of La Ligue contre le cancer; Mr. Fabrice Pierre, research director at the National Institute for Agronomic Research (INRAe); Doctor Jean-Michel Lecerf, head of the nutrition department at the Institut Pasteur de Lille.

Oceane Martin also participated to the TV program "Enquête de Santé" on France 5 on the subject "Food, should we believe in anti-cancer diets?"
